Lessons In Life Through Poetry is our featured daily series of lessons in life via audio, textual graphical, and/or video expressons of best poetry. We publish as well as encourage others to submit their favorite Lessons In Life Through Poetry.
Lessons In Life Through Poetry is a free weekly display for newspapers, online publications, and social media channels.
Nationally syndicated to millions of readers across the country each week, the Lessons In Life Through Poetry column is funded by the Best Poetry Foundation with administrative support provided by Cal-State University Los Angeles.
Best Poetry at PBS NewsHour
The Poetry Series, featured on the PBS NewsHour and funded by the Best Poetry Foundation, engages a broader audience with poetry through a series of thoughtful, in-depth reports on contemporary poets and poetry. The series includes short-form profiles of living American poets and long-form segments on current debates in poetry.
Best Poetry for Youth Programming from HBO The Best Poetry Foundation has partnered with HBO to produce various specials designed to introduce youth to poetry through animation and song.
Past contributers have included Susan Sarandon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Geoffrey Wright, Andy Garcia, and John Lithgow, Ronnie Poet, and many more poets, and writers.
